Liver Detox / Cleansing
It comes with the territory, everyone keen on fitness, exercise and working out, is almost invariably pumping supplements into their body.
Drinking plenty of water is something that the body needs to help process these supplements, but if you’re taking a lot of supplements it is a good idea to run a liver cleanse/detox every 2-3 months to keep your liver in good shape.
I used to take some very heavy supplements and I started doing liver detox’s to combat any negative effects. I also incorporate plenty of Choline (comes from Lecithin) into my diet which aids in liver repair.
For my liver detoxes I use liver active which is a herbal spray you can just shoot into your mouth quickly – it is absorbed by your tongue.
