Everyone knows that regular exercise is the key to a healthy lifestyle. With obesity being an important issue in the United States, many people turn to physical fitness to keep their bellies at bay. When paired with a low-fat, high fiber diet, a regular exercise routine can produce drastic results. From a trimmer waistline to heightened self-esteem, exercise delivers satisfaction to all those who engage in it.

Try buying a gym ball, they have multiple uses, anything from abdominal exercises to yoga. I recommend getting into the habit of using a swiss ball as a replacement for your office chair. It will help build your core strength (abdominals) and is much better for your back.

Before we get on to the exercise tips, let me take a second to talk about supplementation.
Let’s face it – you are probably here because you’re looking for a few tips to get better results out of your routine/workout.

3. Invest in a good quality bicycle and peddle places rather than drive. Not only will you see a noticeable
difference in the way that you feel, you’ll also save a bundle of cash by eliminating your dependency on gas.

4. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Small steps ultimately lead to bigger rewards.

5. Park a good distance from your destination and use the opportunity to take a walk.

6. Purchase, download, or borrow a fitness video or DVD. Use it on days when you can’t leave the house to
exercise.

7. Join a gym or health club with monthly membership. Run on a treadmill, swim in the pool, or take an
aerobics class. Utilize everything the facility has to offer including the advice of nutritionalists and physical
trainers.

8. Set weight loss goals that are specific and attainable. Reward yourself with a small toke of appreciation
once you have achieved a specific milestone.

9. Don’t be too hard on yourself. If you fall off the fitness wagon, pick up where you left off. Persistance
will pay off in the long run.

10. Change up your routine to keep things interesting. Play basketball, go cycling or take a belly dancing
class. Choose one or more activities to participate in and rotate them around as you see fit. Variety
truly is the spice of life.

Practicing healthy habits will enhance your overall physical fitness. From making wise choices in terms of nutrition and engaging in activities that make you feel good on the outside as well as the inside, regular exercise will help you put your goals in perspective, increase your stamina, improve your health, lower your risk for disease, help you lose unwanted weight, give you more energy, and provide you with ample opportunities to meet new people. So, what are you waiting for? You don’t have to spend a lot of money to see immediate results. Just get out there and get to moving!

Here’s a killer tip, don’t change it all up at once. Slowly ease yourself off the eating patterns over a period of two weeks and stage your new lifestyle in two parts.
This makes it a lot easier and you’ll enjoy your fitness regime.

Try resistance bands at home in your workout, foam rollers can be a benefit in your workout and great for yoga use.
I don’t generally promote quick fixes but I’ve recently had a chance to experiment with the hcg diet, my first question was why hcg? It seems from photo evidence and testimonials that I have read that it surely does work. I’ll be posting my results soon…
